By creating an account or using Closet Co. you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Closet Co. lets you digitize your wardrobe, plan outfits, and use AI features such as background removal, styling suggestions and virtual try-on. Building and organizing your closet is free. Some AI features are part of the optional paid plan, Closet Co+.
You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Account → Delete account.
You keep ownership of the photos and content you add. You give Closet Co. a limited license to store, process and display them as needed to run the features you use, including sending them to the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy. Content you share to Community is visible to other members and you grant us a license to display it there until you delete it.
Only share photos of items from your own closet that you have the right to post. Do not post anything unlawful, sexual, hateful, harassing, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights. Members can report posts and block other members. Posts that receive multiple reports are hidden automatically, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, without notice.
AI-generated results (including try-on images, size guidance and outfit suggestions) are approximations and may be inaccurate. They are for inspiration, not a guarantee of fit, appearance or suitability. Check sizing and details with the retailer before you buy.
Don't misuse the service: no scraping, reverse engineering, attempting to bypass limits or security, automated account creation, or using the AI features to create content of anyone without their consent.
Product links you paste belong to third parties. We aren't responsible for their content, pricing or availability.
You may stop using Closet Co. at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or to protect the service or other people.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Closet Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or US $50 if you paid nothing). Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will let you know in the app; continuing to use Closet Co. after that means you accept the update.
